Bank Transfer: For bank transfers, you may opt to send your orders through our Instagram Page @subject___living. Our team will guide you smoothly through the process there.

Shipping

Delivery Times: For on-hand items without a pre-order time, we will be dispatching your order within 1-2 business days.

Notification: Upon dispatch, you will receive an email regarding the status of your order. 

International Shipping: We are currently working on international shipping, we will be updating you soon with details regarding this. 

Returns & Exchanges

Before exchanging, kindly note that with the handcrafted nature of each form, every piece is individually carved to suit the irregular natural surface of each structure. Each piece is unique and perfectly imperfect.

Should you find the need to return or exchange an item due to OTHER unrelated concerns such as electrical issues or major dents, you have a generous 3-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.

Items must be in original condition and packaging to be accepted. Simply contact our dedicated team, who will guide you through the process efficiently and professionally.
